The conference will be held over two days (Sept. 30 – Oct. 1) and will feature talks, lectures, and poster presentations as well as pre- and post-conference field trips.

We are proposing two thematic sessions:

  • Canadian Paleontology: More Than 150 Years of Exciting Research
  • New Frontiers In Applied Paleontology

In addition to these sessions, abstracts on any topic related to paleontology are welcome.

Tentatively, on Saturday evening, the Billings Medal will be presented to this year’s recipient.

On Sunday afternoon, the conference will include a public lecture sponsored by the Alberta Palaeontological Society.
